The tournament takes place on the outstanding new 3G pitch at Haringey 6th Form College. Thank you to Haringey 6th form for supporting sport in this way.
Leon scored 5 for Man Utd to give them a 7-5 victory against H6 Girls on Thursday lunchtime.
Leon has been in good form recently and scored a number of wonderful goals to take his season tally to 15 in 8 games.
Simar scored a great last minute winner to help Estudiantes defeat Foundation 8-7 in what was one of the best games of the season so far.
In a great match between Entry FC and Foundation FC, many of the players put in their best performance to date. Bartlomiej put in a great display, but it was Leon who led the way scoring two excellent goals to help his team earn a valuable point. Leon has now moved onto 6 goals in the league, moving him to 6th in the top scorers competition.
Inspired by two great goals from Simar, Entry returned to winning ways on Friday, winning a great game against Real Madrid. David also scored twice in what was a great team display from Entry FC. Jean Paul was again absolutely brilliant in goal, making numerous great saves to show he is one of the best keepers in the league.
Esol turned over Bayern in a wonderful game of attacking football. ESOL led brilliantly by Isam Belmoudden were thankful to a masterclass from Adrian who scored 7 goals. Bayern had performed well and were winning 10-8 with just 2 minutes remaining, but a great comeback from Esol hgave them the 3 point.
Ashley moved to top scorer in the tournament with his 10th strike of the season. His 10th proved to be a crucial goal as it gave his Entry FC team a big three points over Real Madrid. Entry FC were indebted for the win, to Jean Paul who made some incredible saves. Entry's next game will be on Friday when they face Atom FC
Foundation FC put in a great display on Wednesday in their two opening games. They were just unable to take the points as strong performances from Cole FC and ESOL meant Foundation will look to take points from their next game on Thursday 22nd October against H6 Girls.
Bartlomiej scored a great goal for Real Madrid on Thursday. It was a great reward for some really good performances. All action midfielder Bartlomiej normally plays for Foundation FC, and will be back in action next week to try and get the win for his team
The H6 girls team won their first two games of the season, beating Entry Fc and Real Madrid by the same scoreline of 5 - 4.. The girls will be back in action next week, when they face Foundation FC.
David scored a great penalty for Estudiantes on Friday. Wearing his favourite Tottenham shirt, David smashed the ball into the top corner, and celebrated brilliantly, running to all corners of the pitch. Great to see such enthusiasm. Well done David.
Africa FC, captained brilliant by Sammy Preko sit at the top of the league after a great first week in which they won all 4 games. Serigne Mboup again proved a key player with some great saves.
