Thanks to the support of a London Youth and CVC Capital Partners employability project, Jayden completed his Level 1 in Football coaching. Three years later, as our head of youth development, he has created a truly superb football project in the heart of Tottenham. Alongside this, he has completed his degree in Sports Coaching at the University of East London. He has now secured full-time work as a Sports Mentor at his old school, Duke's Aldridge in Tottenham.
In recognition of his achievements, Jayden was awarded the Amateur FA coach of the year in 2024. As a result of a CVC Capital Partners and London Youth employability project during the summer of 2022, we created a student led football school for young children in Tottenham. This FREE to play football school for children has provided fantastic pathways for young people in education and employment.

Alongside helping young people into employment here in London, we have developed exciting pathways for our students to coach abroad. Owen Locke was recently in India coaching a the The Shri Ram Academy in Hyderabad, whilst Sinhani Quade is now coaching full time in the USA. We thank Matthew Brown at Community Athletic Solutions for providing this opportunity.
Over 190 young people have now gained qualifications National Governing Body Qualifications. These include 40 who have completed the London FA Referee course. Over half of these participants have moved into paid work as refereees.
