We are proud to be a club for all young people. In 2025, we were the winners of the the Amateur FA Award for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Our inclusion program has delivered some incredible outcomes over the last 5 years, including our inclusion manager Jude winning FA Coach of the Year in 2025.
Our provision includes the North East London Inclusion League for over 60 young people. The league is affiliated to the London FA and provides opportunities for young people with a range of physical and educational needs to play in a structured league
Our inclusive football team for 20 young people, led by coach Jude, uses the power of sports participation to encourage young people to choose positive pathways.

Congratulations to our Inclusion team manager Jude Geoghegan for winning the FA Coach of the Year (Disability pathway). Jude picked up his award at Wembley Stadium from CEO of the Football Association Mark Bullingham. Jude's story was featured in The Sun newspaper.

We are proud of Levin's progress in the last 6 years. He won Young Volunteer of the Year in English Football. A player, coach, referee, mentor, role model, and all round top person. Levin Dookhun, an alumnus of Estudiantes, won the ‘Young Volunteer of the Year’ award for his outstanding achievement, voluntary support within amateur football and futsal – encouraging those with special educational needs and physical disabilities this season.
