We were absolutely delighted to recognise our best performing students of the year on what was a wonderful night for everyone at the club. Our guest of honour Ossie Ardiles, a world cup winner with Argentina and Tottenham Legend joined us to present the trophies including the Student athlete of the year Isam Belmoudden 4th June 2021

The students showed great spirit to win their most recent game. Trailing UCFB 1-0 and then 2-1, the students showed resilience, determination, and quality to win the game 3-2. The winning goal came from Klein Luyindula who had graduated from his BTEC Level 3 course earlier in the week.

In our best football performance ever. The students put on a brilliant display to earn a draw against Clapton Community Football Club. In front of over 100 fans, the students showed great focus, and quality during the game. Well done to the students

Thanks to funding from London Youth, we have been able to set up a u16 football team. The first game for the group against Kick Action was a great success, with the team competing brilliantly against some very good players. Well done to all the players involved who were selected for their attitude to their education.. 9th June 2021

In our best ever futsal performance, the students performed brilliantly against an outstanding Genesis Futsal Club. The whole team represented the club in such a brilliant way on the evening. Thank you to Genesis for agreeing to play this showcase match.  4th June 2021

The students were given the chance to play at the wonderful stadium of Southend United Football Club. The 12.000 seater stadium provided a great backdrop to the game against Player Path.  The students all performed excellently in what proved to be a great game. 1st June 2021

Playing against senior teams, it was an outstanding from the boys who were all selected for the tournament as a result of their good attitude to their studies. 17th May 2021

18 students from North London were given the chance to visit the University of Cambridge. As part of the trip, the students spoke to Saron Mehari, a student from Tottenham who now studies at Cambridge University. Following this, the team played a football game, a despite a defeat showed great determination and attitude. 15th Mar 2021

12 Students were given the chance to take part in a futsal masterclass by Helvecia head coach Enrique Guillen. The students, who all play for Estudiantes in the LNFS league enjoyed a 30 minute futsal philosophy talk from Enrique, before an exciting training session based on attacking transitions  Thank you to Enrique and Helvecia for providing our students with this great opportunity... 14th May 2021

This weekend, we will be taking 15 students to the University of Cambridge as a reward for their great efforts in education this year. 

Following a tour of the University, the students will have the chance to play a game of football at Queen's College in Cambridge, one of top Universities in the world.  10th May

The students were able to gain a really impressive win over Cheslea Rovers on Sunday as they returned to play in Tottenham. The students who had completed a 2 week easter training program that consisted of 6 training sessions dominated their opponents and recorded an outstanding win.   18th Apr 2021.  

The students had the chance to visit the best UniversityforSport in the world at Loughborough University. 

The boys were given a tour of the incredible sports facilities before playing matches against outstanding Loughborough teams in Futsal and Football.. a huge thank you to IFA and Loughborough University for hosting us.  10th Apr 2021.

27 of our participants had the chance to train at Enfield Town FC on Friday evening.  The evening was used to reward those who had shown a positive attitude towards their education. Fabio and Tenzin (pictured) returned to the team following their successful start at Loughborough Futsal. Owen Locke and Djibril were our other standout performers.

Despite losing the game 3-1, it was a very impressive performance. Djbiril Diallo  (pictured), making his debut for the club, scored our goal.

Due to a new lockdown resulting from Covid-19. Our games against Cambridge University and London School of Ecomomics have been postponed. 

Four of our players head off to university in the first week of September.

The club would like to wish Fabio Teixeira, Tenzin Dhongak, Jess Yanga and Ben Forson the very best for their University education. 

Estudiantes London fell to a hard-fought 5-1 defeat against a talented and well-organised Alexandra Park FC in their second pre-season friendly of the season. 

The lessons learned will be applied for the club's upcoming fixture with Cricklewood Wanderers.

Estudiantes London celebrated the 115th  annivarsary of Estudiantes de La Plata by making donations to  Doorstep Homeless Families Project in Camden and Haringey Food Bank. A big thank you to Nico Cocchiararo and his girlfrined for their generous donation in Camden. Meanwhile, our futsal keeper Owen Locke and Maria donated their time and money to help Haringey Food Bank. 

A warm welcome to Guisepy Vizcarra who joins the club as Futsal Head coach for 2020/2021 to lead the team in the National Futsal League

We are delighted that Alex Cabral has joined Estudiantes as futsal consultant. 

Alex founded and is vice president of A. C. Ciencias, an outstanding futsal club in Lisbon, Portugal. As well as a Senior club, they have junior teams for all age groups starting at u8. A.C. Ciencias produced  Benfica's André Correia.  Ben-vinda Alex.

It was an invaluable insight into the techniques, and physical conditioning needed to progress as a keeper in futsal. Congratulations to both Haji Juma, and Younus Kinaramakal, who have both achieved wonderful A-Level results today. Haji gained grades BBC in Physics, Business and Maths. Younus achieved grades of AABB in Ecomomics, French, Maths and Biology that gives him the opportunity to join Loughborough University.

The students have been taking part in a summer football program, with three training sessions a week. On top of this, the students have taken part in 7 football games, plus 2 futsal games against top quality opponents. In the 9 games, there have been 3 victories, 2 draws and 4 defeats, but in all the games the students have shown a wonderful attitude.   8th August 2021

The students were in great form on Saturday 31st Juiy as they won the Spurs Series Grand Final, a competition hosted by Tottenham Hotspur Foundation. Well done to Samuel, Omar, Owen, Haji, Djibril and Mahdi who were all selected for the tournament as a result of their excellent attitude to their education this year.

The students were on top form to win the Amateur FA Summer league final. It was a great reward for the students who have been taking part in training and matches through the summer. The final went to penalties with Owen saving two sport kicks from opponents London East FC. 

23rd August 2021 

20 students took part in a FA referee course over the weekend of 21st and 22nd August. The course was delivered by London FA, and supported by CVC Capital Partners, London Youth and Haringey 6th Form College. 

All of the students passed the course, and they are now able to referee games for the London FA

22nd August 2021 

The students had the chance to play against the English national Futsal champions London Helvecia.  Their opponents were preparing for their Champions League games in Germany the following weekend. Despite losing the game, the students played brilliantly, earning priase from many of the best players in England.  12th August 2021

The students took advantage of their week off at half term to spend time improving their English and Maths with our tutors James and Haji.  

The students were also able to take part in futsal and football matches during the week.

Last summer, three more of our graduates moved to Loughborough to complete their degrees. 

Younus, Omar, and Isam were reunited with Tenzin and Fabio who had joined the previous year.

Last week, Fabio scored two wonderful goals for the first team in the FA National Futsal Series match against Bolton.

14 of our hardest-working students were given the chance to visit Manchester United to mark the anniversary of Estudiantes beating the Red Devils to win the Intercontinental Cup in 1968. 

The tour included the chance to go inside the changing rooms, and sit in the dugouts at Old Trafford. 

The team then played a Manchester United Foundation team.

Isam Belmoudden won student-athlete of the year. 

4th June 2021

The students were given the chance to play at the wonderful stadium of Southend United Football Club. 

The 12,000-seater stadium provided a great backdrop to the game against Player Path.  

The students all performed excellently in what proved to be a great game. 

1st June 2021

18 students from north London were given the chance to visit the University of Cambridge. 

As part of the trip, the students spoke to Saron Mehari, a student from Tottenham who now studies at Cambridge University. 

Following this, the team played a hard-fought football game, a despite a defeat showed great determination and attitude. 

15th May 2021

We are delighted that our students have averaged 95.2 % in their first 9 weeks of the their academic year. 

This is our highest average attendance to date.  

Kanu, Djibril, Levin and Sala all still have 100% attendance this year. 

Well done to all the students for their efforts.

17th November 2021

The football team beat FC Marylebone 3-0 in the AFA Challenge Cup on Saturday. 

It was an outstanding result for the students, who were all selected to play based upon their excellent college attendance and attitude to their studies. 

Goalscorers Valentin Burcea and Enzo Dos Santos have 95% and 99% respectively.  Well done guys.

14th November  2021 

Last summer, three more of our graduates moved to Loughborough to complete their degrees. 

Younus, Omar, and Isam were reunited with Tenzin and Fabio who had joined the previous year.

Last week, Fabio scored two wonderful goals for the first team in the FA National Futsal Series match against Bolton.

26th October 2021

14 of our hardest-working students were given the chance to visit Manchester United to mark the anniversary of Estudiantes beating the Red Devils to win the Intercontinental Cup in 1968. 

The tour included the chance to go inside the changing rooms, and sit in the dugouts at Old Trafford. 

The team then played a Manchester United Foundation team. 

15th October 2021

We are delighted that James Dawson and Haji Juma have joined our club as English and maths teachers.

They will support our participants in both subjects to enable them to make progress in their education.  

7th October 2021 

The students toured the University of Oxford before playing a football match against their second team. 

The match ended in a 2-2 draw.

27th September 2021 

Two more of our graduates have joined the International Futsal Academy based at Loughborough University. 

Omar and Isam join Fabio and Tenzin in completing their degree whilst being a part of Loughborough Futsal, one of the best programs in England. Well done guys

20 students took part in a FA referee course over the weekend of 21st and 22nd August. 

The course was delivered by London FA, and supported by CVC Capital Partners, London Youth and Haringey 6th Form College. 

All of the students passed the course, and they are now able to referee games for the London FA

22nd August 2021 

Despite the challenges of Covid-19 we have continued our work with young people this year.

As part of the trip, the students spoke to Saron Mehari, a student from Tottenham who now studies at Cambridge University.

We were truly honoured to welcome one of the top Universities in the world to play a friendly game. 

The game ended in a 0-0 draw, but was played in a superb spirit.

The students had the opportunity to visit St George's Park on Friday to play in a game against a team from Loughborough University. 

Prior to the game, the students had the opportunity to meet coaches from the England national teams, including Gareth Southgate.

We are delighted to be a club that puts education at the heart of our program. 

The overall average attendance of students involved in our project in 2021 was 93%.

The students had the opportunity to play against Loughborough University 5ths in a friendly game on the incredible indoor pitch at St George's Park. 

The game ended 1-1 thanks to a last minute penalty from Vali Burcea.

Loughborough University is considered to be the best University for sports in the world.

We are delighted to be a part of the Jack Petchey foundation achievement award scheme. 

The first winner for us was Salah Abakar. He has a truly amazing 2021.:

100% college attendance.
- Futsal league debut, 32 games, 123 training sessions and 100% attendance at his 42 additional English and Maths lessons.

• 20 students qualified as referees
• 43 are now qualified coaches.
• 201 young people took part in 148 training sessions. 
• 116 young people played in games for  the club.

A huge thank you to James Dawson who recentlly completed 6 month working wiuth our club. 

In that time James has provided over 360 hours of 1:1 English tuituion for our students. 

In recognition of his work., club captain Mehdi Abdulle presented James with a club shirt following the game with University of East London

The students will visit The University of Cambridge on Wednesday 23rd February for a game of football. It builds on a positive relationship we have been able to build with the world renowned University. 

In January, the University of Cambridge football team visited us in Tottenham for a friendly game that ended 0-0.

 The opportunity was provided to the hardest working students of the term as they prepared for their summer exams.

Congratulations to the futsal team for winning the National League Plate play offs. 

$ wins against strong senior teams in the last month, including a truly outstanding 12-3 win over Rushmoor futsal in the final allowed the club to win their first major Futsal trophy.
